About Massif des Aravis
The Massif des Aravis is an umbrella term for the ski areas around La Clusaz, Le Grand Bornand, Manigod, and Saint-Jean-de-Sixt in the French Alps, with a total of 215 kilometers of slopes. The region is known for its authentic, traditional architecture with wooden chalets and charming villages, far removed from concrete high-rises. The area offers varied slopes for both beginners and experienced skiers, with a special focus on freeride and freestyle in La Clusaz, and many family-friendly slopes in Le Grand Bornand.
