Mittenwald
About Mittenwald
Mittenwald is a ski resort in the Bavarian Alps consisting of two sub-areas: the 15-km-long, family-friendly Kranzberg with blue and red slopes, and the challenging, higher Dammkar, with Germany's longest 7-km-long ungroomed ski trail for freeriders. The area is guaranteed snow thanks to its high altitude and the use of snow cannons, and is also suitable for cross-country skiers and winter hikers.
